Loadscan has further enhanced its cloud-based MyScanner data management system with the release of the MyScanner 3D load profiler. This advanced 3D modelling tool complements the system’s existing measurement and records editing features, providing operators with detailed three-dimensional load profiles of vehicles entering or exiting quarries, civil construction sites, sandpits, or bark and mulch production facilities.

Key Features and Benefits

The MyScanner 3D load profiler delivers highly visual information that allows operators to analyse loading parameters such as underloading, load consistency, and distribution. By providing multiple viewing angles, operators can assess load profiles in real time, identify discrepancies, and take corrective action. The profiler also supports load-on-load comparisons, with the ability to overlay scans and apply colour palettes to highlight differences between loads.

Transitioning to a Sole Data Management System

With these enhancements, Loadscan is positioning MyScanner as its sole data management system, gradually phasing out the original OverView system. Previously, the two systems operated in parallel, but the cloud-based MyScanner platform offers greater accessibility, security, and support capabilities.

Upgrades and Support

Customers currently using OverView may require a software and potentially hardware upgrade to access the new 3D load profiling features. Comprehensive support and training will be provided as the updates are rolled out.
