minas calcular los factores de transporte con el esc\u00e1ner de carga \u00fatil para minas MPS.<br \/>\nFactores de transporte es un t\u00e9rmino colectivo utilizado en la industria minera para describir los diversos elementos relacionados con el uso y despliegue de camiones.<br \/>\nEn \u00faltima instancia, el coste por tonelada transportada es el factor clave que afecta a la rentabilidad final.<br \/>\nEn \u00e9l influyen numerosos subfactores que pueden seguirse de forma independiente.<br \/>\nDicho esto, el factor principal que influye y determina el coste por tonelada transportada es el volumen real medido de material cargado en el contenedor de un cami\u00f3n, comparado con la capacidad nominal de carga \u00fatil del cami\u00f3n, especificada por el fabricante.<br \/>\nLa utilizaci\u00f3n de la capacidad tiene una relaci\u00f3n directa con los costes de explotaci\u00f3n, ya que los camiones infrautilizados aumentan los costes de explotaci\u00f3n y el coste por tonelada transportada.<br \/>\nSeg\u00fan nuestra experiencia, algunas minas utilizan la capacidad nominal de carga \u00fatil como medida de todas las cargas, mientras que otras pueden utilizar un factor medio estimado de subcarga (por ejemplo, el 5%) para medir y contabilizar el material que desplazan sus camiones.<br \/>\nAunque ambos sistemas son sencillos de aplicar, no proporcionan una medici\u00f3n exacta del material desplazado, entregado a la f\u00e1brica o a las existencias.<br \/>\nEn ambos casos, la precisi\u00f3n puede verse sustancialmente comprometida, lo que dificulta la elaboraci\u00f3n de informes y la planificaci\u00f3n.<br \/>\nConsideremos el ejemplo de una mina con cinco camiones de 60 T que realizan 10 cargas por turno, 3 turnos al d\u00eda.<br \/>\nEl material total desplazado a capacidad nominal es de 9.000T al d\u00eda (3,285mT al a\u00f1o).<br \/>\nSi aplicas un factor de subcarga medio conservador del 5% a la capacidad de 60T, obtienes una carga \u00fatil media de 57T por cami\u00f3n.<br \/>\nEsto dar\u00eda como resultado 3,121mT desplazadas realmente al a\u00f1o, una reducci\u00f3n significativa respecto a la nominal (-164.000T), lo que #333333;\">A partir de los estudios de auditor\u00eda de carga in situ que hemos realizado y de los resultados de las mediciones de los esc\u00e1neres LVS instalados, normalmente descubrimos que los camiones mineros tienen una media de carga insuficiente de entre el 5 y el 15%, y en los peores casos hemos visto entre el 20 y el 25%.<br \/>\nEsto puede tener enormes implicaciones productivas y financieras para una empresa que extrae cualquier tipo de material, incluso sobrecarga de baja calidad. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-6\"><p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">El ejemplo anterior se basa en el peso en toneladas del material movido (las minas suelen tratar en peso y no en volumen).<br \/>\nQuiz\u00e1 te preguntes por qu\u00e9 utilizar un esc\u00e1ner que mide el volumen c\u00fabico y no una b\u00e1scula puente para medir las cargas de los camiones, y c\u00f3mo puede un esc\u00e1ner volum\u00e9trico mejorar los factores de transporte. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Algunas minas pueden tener un solo cami\u00f3n con una b\u00e1scula a bordo y mantener calibrada esa b\u00e1scula de cami\u00f3n, o pueden tener un conjunto de b\u00e1sculas situadas a un lado de la carretera de acarreo, que pesan intermitentemente los camiones para comprobar c\u00f3mo se est\u00e1n cargando.<br \/>\nPor lo general, no paran todos los camiones en la b\u00e1scula puente, ya que es demasiado lento y podr\u00eda reducir la productividad hasta en 1 \u00f3 2 cargas por turno.<br \/>\nEl otro problema del uso de b\u00e1sculas puente es que las b\u00e1sculas puente enterradas requieren mucho mantenimiento rutinario (es decir, tiempo de inactividad).<br \/>\nLos sistemas de pesaje din\u00e1mico tambi\u00e9n pueden ser imprecisos.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">En este caso, como no utilizan un sistema de pesaje para cada carga, aplicar\u00e1n un factor de transporte est\u00e1ndar a cada carga completa, lo que es inexacto y provoca grandes discrepancias entre el departamento de transporte (o el contratista) y la f\u00e1brica (o la planta de procesamiento).<br \/>\nPor ejemplo, el departamento de transporte puede decir que ha entregado 400 T a la plataforma ROM (Run Of Mine).<br \/>\nCuando la planta de procesamiento procesa el material, puede pesarlo 360T, un 10% menos de lo que habr\u00eda pagado al departamento de transporte o al contratista.  <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-6 ventajas y beneficios significativos que pueden aumentar los factores de transporte, la productividad y los resultados finales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Aunque el MPS mide el volumen, puede convertirlo en toneladas de peso bas\u00e1ndose en un factor de densidad aparente conocido.<br \/>\nLos factores de densidad aparente precisos para cada grado de material pueden establecerse y comprobarse pasando un cami\u00f3n por encima de la b\u00e1scula o utilizando la b\u00e1scula de a bordo para obtener el peso del material y, a continuaci\u00f3n, realizando un c\u00e1lculo del factor en funci\u00f3n de la medici\u00f3n de volumen generada por el MPS, es decir, Tonelada\/Volumen = densidad aparente (<sup>60T\/32m3<\/sup> = 1,875 factor de densidad aparente).<br \/>\nEn otras palabras, <sup>1<\/sup> m3 pesa 1,875T.<br \/>\nPor tanto, si el material transportado tiene un factor de densidad aparente de 1,875, el cami\u00f3n de 60T deber\u00eda transportar <sup>32<\/sup> m3 de material.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">La exploraci\u00f3n del volumen es complementaria a la medici\u00f3n del peso con b\u00e1sculas.<br \/>\nAl combinar peso y volumen, la medici\u00f3n de las densidades aparentes y las cargas \u00fatiles de los materiales es m\u00e1s precisa. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">En una reciente instalaci\u00f3n minera medimos tres camiones (<sup>60T\/32m3<\/sup> de capacidad de tolva) despu\u00e9s de instalar el sistema MPS.<br \/>\nLas cargas medidas fueron de 28,<sup>5m3<\/sup>, 29,<sup>8m3<\/sup> y 24,<sup>3m3<\/sup> respectivamente, lo que da una media de 27,<sup>5m3<\/sup>.<br \/>\nBas\u00e1ndonos en estas mediciones de muestra, llegamos a la conclusi\u00f3n de que las carretillas estaban subcargadas un 14% de media.  <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-7 fusion_builder_column_1_2 1_2 utilizar nuestro software de generaci\u00f3n de informes MyScanner.<br \/>\nSi los jefes de transporte detectan alguna discrepancia en la carga, pueden tomar medidas correctivas inmediatas.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Los gestores tambi\u00e9n pueden ver im\u00e1genes en 3D de cada carga y guardar un archivo de imagen para compartirlo con los operadores de los cargadores en las reuniones previas al inicio del turno, lo que permite una mejora continua de la carga de los camiones.<br \/>\nLos operadores de las palas cargadoras son m\u00e1s conscientes de sus pr\u00e1cticas de carga, sabiendo que est\u00e1n siendo vigilados y comprobados con un sistema independiente e irrefutable que no puede manipularse para dar mediciones infladas, como puede ocurrir con
