err\u00f3neo habitual sobre los sistemas <a href=\"https:\/\/www.loadscan.com\/es\/escaner-de-volumen-de-carga\/\">de escaneado del volumen de carga<\/a> (LVS) es que s\u00f3lo son eficaces en camiones de carretera y d\u00famperes articulados m\u00e1s ligeros.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">Aunque esto puede haber sido cierto en el pasado, Loadscan se enorgullece de ofrecer soluciones precisas de gesti\u00f3n de la carga en todas las variedades de volquetes, incluidos los volquetes r\u00edgidos m\u00e1s grandes.<\/span><span style=\"color: #999999;\">Es una noticia emocionante para quienes explotan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.loadscan.com\/industries\/mining\/\">minas<\/a> a cielo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.loadscan.com\/industries\/mining\/\">abierto<\/a>, ya que proporciona una alternativa (o complemento) rica en datos y de bajo mantenimiento a los sistemas de pesaje a bordo que se utilizan actualmente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">A diferencia de los sistemas de pesaje a bordo, que requieren un mantenimiento y calibraci\u00f3n continuos, Loadscan s\u00f3lo necesita una instalaci\u00f3n, sin grandes movimientos de tierra ni calibraciones complicadas.<br \/>\nNo es necesario equipar toda una flota (ni instalar una costosa b\u00e1scula fija para camiones), ya que una sola unidad Loadscan proporciona una medici\u00f3n trazable de la carga \u00fatil de todos los camiones que pasan por debajo. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">Adem\u00e1s, este m\u00e9todo de control de la carga \u00fatil proporciona \u00f3ptimos.<br \/>\nTodo ello a partir de un \u00fanico escaneado en movimiento.  <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #999999;\"><strong>Caso pr\u00e1ctico: Comprobaci\u00f3n de las estad\u00edsticas de carga \u00fatil del CAT 775 en el interior de California  <\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">Recientemente, Loadscan llev\u00f3 a cabo una prueba en la que se instal\u00f3 un esc\u00e1ner en una mina cuyos operadores quer\u00edan comprobar sus capacidades de carga \u00fatil y optimizar lo que transportaban.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">En esta mina, los camiones CAT 775 recorren siete millas cuesta abajo desde la cantera y la carga m\u00e1xima provocar\u00eda la ca\u00edda de material en tr\u00e1nsito.<br \/>\nSobre el papel, estos camiones tienen una carga \u00fatil m\u00e1xima de trabajo (110%) de 77,5 toneladas.<br \/>\nPero los operarios de la mina quer\u00edan conocer la realidad de su carga \u00fatil \u00f3ptima, una medida relevante para cualquier mina dados sus entornos individuales.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">Para empezar, se escanearon los camiones vac\u00edos para obtener estad\u00edsticas de referencia en el sistema LVS.<br \/>\nA cada uno se le asign\u00f3 una etiqueta RFID para su identificaci\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica y, a continuaci\u00f3n, se condujeron los camiones bajo el cabezal de escaneado, en su recorrido normal cuesta abajo, donde se escanearon autom\u00e1ticamente y se registraron las mediciones de volumen.<br \/>\nLas cargas de los CAT 775 se midieron en metros c\u00fabicos y se convirtieron autom\u00e1ticamente a toneladas m\u00e9tricas utilizando el factor de densidad suministrado por el ge\u00f3logo de la mina.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">De las 34 cargas medidas, la direcci\u00f3n de la mina pudo ver que las cargas procedentes de la zona de recuperaci\u00f3n cercana a la trituradora eran significativamente mayores que las cargas procedentes directamente de la cantera.<br \/>\nLas cargas procedentes de la cantera eran m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as, de modo que las rocas no ca\u00edan sobre el camino de acarreo, lo que pod\u00eda causar da\u00f1os en los neum\u00e1ticos de los camiones y tiempos de inactividad mientras se retiraban las rocas del camino de acarreo. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">Tambi\u00e9n pudieron ver, en tiempo real, que su carga \u00fatil media era de 70,3 toneladas m\u00e9tricas -un 10% de diferencia respecto a la cifra de carga \u00fatil m\u00e1xima de 77,5 del fabricante-, lo que les permitir\u00e1 proyectar con mucha m\u00e1s precisi\u00f3n la productividad minera en el futuro y calcular el coste real por tonelada de mineral desplazado.<br \/>\nEl LVS tambi\u00e9n les proporcion\u00f3 herramientas visuales en 3D para instruir a los operadores de las palas cargadoras sobre la carga eficaz de los camiones de transporte. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">El equipo directivo de la mina qued\u00f3 muy impresionado con el sistema Loadscan, elogiando su capacidad para proporcionar datos reveladores a partir de un \u00fanico escaneado de recorrido.<br \/>\nEl equipo de la mina tambi\u00e9n estaba entusiasmado con la perspectiva de evitar el mantenimiento de la b\u00e1scula a bordo y de la b\u00e1scula de la cargadora en
