Obtener una medida precisa de cada carga \u00fatil<br \/>\n2. Mide el volumen de la carga \u00fatil a la entrada y a la salida<br \/>\n3. Proporciona a los operadores informaci\u00f3n directa en tiempo real<br \/>\n4. Optimizar la capacidad de carga<br \/>\n5. Sigue y localiza todas las cargas As\u00ed se hace:      <\/p>\n<h3>1. Consigue una medida precisa del volumen y tonelaje de cada carga \u00fatil<img decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-1235 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.loadscan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/mining2-200x200.jpg\" alt=\"miner\u00eda2-200x200\" width=\"259\" height=\"259\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.loadscan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/mining2-200x200-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.loadscan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/mining2-200x200.jpg 200w, https:\/\/www.loadscan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/mining2-200x200-266x266.jpg 266w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 259px) 100vw, 259px\" \/><\/h3>\n<p>  Cuando el volumen y el tonelaje exactos son importantes, la medici\u00f3n directa del volumen sin contacto es la medici\u00f3n m\u00e1s precisa de la carga \u00fatil.<br \/>\nLos camiones se escanean conduciendo lentamente por debajo de un cabezal de escaneado elevado.<br \/>\nEl sistema compara los perfiles de escaneado en vac\u00edo y en carga del mismo veh\u00edculo para calcular un volumen de carga exacto.<br \/>\nEsto elimina incertidumbres como el contenido de humedad, la compactaci\u00f3n y las variaciones de carga.<br \/>\nCon este m\u00e9todo, los vol\u00famenes de carga pueden calcularse con una precisi\u00f3n probada de +\/-1%.      <\/p>\n<h3>2. Mide el volumen de la carga \u00fatil a la entrada y a la salida<\/h3>\n<p>  Midiendo el volumen de la carga a la entrada y a la salida puedes eliminar el haulback (material que queda en el cami\u00f3n y se contabiliza varias veces).<br \/>\nAseg\u00farate de que tu sistema tiene en cuenta los acarreos en tiempo real para calcular la medida real de cada carga.<br \/>\nEl material de retorno debe deducirse del recuento de turnos, identificarse y eliminarse de la cuba.  <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-1859\" src=\"https:\/\/www.loadscan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/loadtrak-montage-reduced-300x180.png\" alt=\"Consolas de seguimiento de carga en cabina LoadTrak\" width=\"352\" height=\"211\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.loadscan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/loadtrak-montage-reduced-300x180.png 300w, https:\/\/www.loadscan.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/loadtrak-montage-reduced.png 740w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 352px) 100vw, 352px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>3. Proporciona a los operadores informaci\u00f3n directa en tiempo real<\/h3>\n<p>  Lo ideal es equipar los camiones con una consola en la cabina que permita al conductor introducir los datos de la carga, como el operador del cami\u00f3n, el operador del bogger, el origen de la carga, el tipo de carga y el destino en el momento de la carga.<br \/>\nEsta informaci\u00f3n se introduce en el sistema de medici\u00f3n del volumen de carga.<br \/>\nLa informaci\u00f3n sobre la medici\u00f3n de la carga se comunica al conductor inmediatamente despu\u00e9s de la medici\u00f3n de la carga.<br \/>\nLa comprensi\u00f3n de esta informaci\u00f3n influir\u00e1, en general, en el comportamiento del conductor\/operador del cargador y conducir\u00e1 a una mejora de la eficacia del transporte y a un aumento de la productividad.     <\/p>\n<h3>4. Optimizar la capacidad de carga<\/h3>\n<p>  Una vez que tengas una medida precisa del volumen de carga \u00fatil, podr\u00e1s determinar la capacidad m\u00e1xima y final de carga \u00fatil de tus d\u00famperes.<br \/>\nAumentar la carga \u00fatil aumentar\u00e1 tu eficacia y rendimiento (mover\u00e1s m\u00e1s material por el mismo coste).<br \/>\nAdem\u00e1s, una vez identificada tu carga \u00fatil m\u00e1xima, puedes educar a los operadores de los boggers para que carguen hasta su capacidad de forma m\u00e1s constante.    <\/p>\n<h3>5.
