v\u00e1rios elementos relacionados ao uso e \u00e0 implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de caminh\u00f5es.<br \/>\nEm \u00faltima an\u00e1lise, o custo por tonelada transportada \u00e9 o principal fator que afeta a lucratividade final.<br \/>\nEle \u00e9 influenciado por v\u00e1rios subfatores que podem ser monitorados de forma independente.<br \/>\nDito isso, o principal fator que influencia e determina o custo por tonelada transportada \u00e9 o volume real medido de material carregado em um compartimento de caminh\u00e3o em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com a capacidade nominal de carga \u00fatil do caminh\u00e3o, conforme especificado pelo fabricante.<br \/>\nA utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da capacidade tem uma rela\u00e7\u00e3o direta com os custos operacionais, com caminh\u00f5es subutilizados aumentando os custos operacionais e o custo por tonelada transportada.<br \/>\nDe acordo com nossa experi\u00eancia, algumas minas usam a capacidade nominal de carga \u00fatil como medida de todas as cargas, enquanto outras podem usar um fator de subcarga m\u00e9dio estimado (por exemplo, 5%) para medir e contabilizar o material que est\u00e1 sendo deslocado por seus caminh\u00f5es.<br \/>\nEmbora esses dois #333333;\">Com base nos estudos de auditoria de carga no local que realizamos e nos resultados das medi\u00e7\u00f5es dos scanners LVS instalados, normalmente descobrimos que os caminh\u00f5es das minas est\u00e3o, em m\u00e9dia, subcarregados entre 5% e 15% e, nos piores casos, observamos de 20% a 25%.<br \/>\nIsso pode ter enormes implica\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras e de produ\u00e7\u00e3o para uma empresa que esteja minerando qualquer valor de material, at\u00e9 mesmo a sobrecarga de baixa qualidade. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-6\"><p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">O exemplo anterior baseia-se na tonelada de peso do material movimentado (as minas normalmente lidam com peso e n\u00e3o com volume).<br \/>\nVoc\u00ea pode se perguntar por que usar um scanner que mede o volume c\u00fabico e n\u00e3o uma balan\u00e7a de pesagem para medir cargas de caminh\u00f5es e como um scanner volum\u00e9trico pode melhorar os fatores de transporte. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Algumas minas podem operar um \u00fanico caminh\u00e3o com uma balan\u00e7a de bordo e manter essa balan\u00e7a calibrada, ou podem ter um conjunto de balan\u00e7as posicionadas ao lado da estrada de transporte, pesando intermitentemente os caminh\u00f5es para verificar como est\u00e3o sendo carregados.<br \/>\nGeralmente, eles n\u00e3o param todos os caminh\u00f5es na ponte de pesagem, pois isso \u00e9 muito lento e pode reduzir a produtividade em at\u00e9 uma ou duas cargas por turno.<br \/>\nO outro problema com o uso de balan\u00e7as de pesagem \u00e9 que as balan\u00e7as de pesagem no solo exigem muita manuten\u00e7\u00e3o de rotina (ou seja, tempo de inatividade).<br \/>\nOs sistemas de pesagem din\u00e2mica tamb\u00e9m podem ser imprecisos.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Nesse caso, como eles n\u00e3o est\u00e3o usando um sistema de pesagem para cada carga, estar\u00e3o aplicando um fator de transporte padr\u00e3o a cada carga conclu\u00edda, o que \u00e9 impreciso e causa grandes discrep\u00e2ncias entre o departamento de transporte (ou empreiteiro) e a usina (ou planta de processamento).<br \/>\nPor exemplo, o departamento de transporte pode dizer que entregou 400T para o bloco ROM (Run Of Mine).<br \/>\nQuando a usina de processamento processa o material, ela pode pes\u00e1-lo em 360T, 10% a menos do que teria pago ao departamento de transporte ou \u00e0 empresa contratada.  <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column me\u00e7a o volume, ele pode convert\u00ea-lo em peso por tonelada com base em um fator de densidade aparente conhecido.<br \/>\nFatores precisos de densidade aparente para cada tipo de material podem ser estabelecidos e verificados cruzando um caminh\u00e3o sobre a balan\u00e7a ou usando a balan\u00e7a de bordo para obter o peso do material e, em seguida, realizando um c\u00e1lculo de fator em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 medi\u00e7\u00e3o de volume gerada pelo MPS, ou seja, tonelada\/volume = densidade aparente (<sup>60T\/32m3<\/sup> = fator de densidade aparente de 1,875).<br \/>\nEm outras palavras, <sup>1m3<\/sup> pesa 1,875T.<br \/>\nPortanto, se o material que est\u00e1 sendo transportado tem um fator de densidade aparente de 1,875, ent\u00e3o o caminh\u00e3o de 60T deve carregar <sup>32m3<\/sup> de material.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">O escaneamento de volume \u00e9 complementar \u00e0 medi\u00e7\u00e3o de peso com balan\u00e7as.<br \/>\nAo combinar peso e volume, voc\u00ea pode medir com mais precis\u00e3o a densidade do material e a carga \u00fatil. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Em uma instala\u00e7\u00e3o recente em uma mina, medimos tr\u00eas caminh\u00f5es (<sup>60T\/32m3<\/sup> de capacidade de silo) depois de configurar o sistema MPS.<br \/>\nAs cargas medidas foram de 28,<sup>5m3<\/sup>, 29,<sup>8m3<\/sup> e 24,<sup>3m3<\/sup>, respectivamente, resultando em uma m\u00e9dia de 27,<sup>5m3<\/sup>.<br \/>\nCom base nessas medi\u00e7\u00f5es de amostra, conclu\u00edmos que os caminh\u00f5es estavam sendo
