que as minas calculem os fatores de transporte com o MPS Mine Payload Scanner. \u201cFatores de transporte\u201d \u00e9 um termo coletivo usado no setor de minera\u00e7\u00e3o para descrever os v\u00e1rios elementos relacionados ao uso e \u00e0 implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de caminh\u00f5es. No fim das contas, o custo por tonelada transportada \u00e9 o fator-chave que afeta a lucratividade final. Ele \u00e9 influenciado por v\u00e1rios subfatores que podem ser monitorados de forma independente.   <\/p>\n<p>Dito isso, o principal fator que influencia e determina o custo por tonelada transportada \u00e9 o volume real medido do material carregado na ca\u00e7amba do caminh\u00e3o em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com a capacidade nominal de carga \u00fatil do caminh\u00e3o, conforme especificado pelo fabricante. A utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da capacidade tem uma rela\u00e7\u00e3o direta com os custos operacionais, sendo que caminh\u00f5es subutilizados aumentam os custos operacionais e o custo por tonelada transportada. <\/p>\n<p>Pela nossa experi\u00eancia, algumas minas usam a capacidade nominal de carga \u00fatil como medida para todas as cargas, enquanto outras podem usar um fator de subcarga m\u00e9dio estimado (por exemplo, 5%) para medir e contabilizar o material transportado pelos caminh\u00f5es. Embora ambos sejam sistemas simples de aplicar, eles n\u00e3o fornecem uma medi\u00e7\u00e3o precisa da quantidade real de material transportado, entregue na usina ou no dep\u00f3sito. Nos dois casos, a precis\u00e3o pode ser bastante comprometida, o que dificulta a elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de relat\u00f3rios e o planejamento.  <\/p>\n<p>Vamos dar um exemplo de uma mina com cinco caminh\u00f5es de 60T, cada um fazendo 10 viagens por turno, com 3 turnos por dia. O total de material transportado na capacidade nominal \u00e9 de 9.000 T por dia (3,285 mT por ano). Se voc\u00ea aplicar um fator de subcarga m\u00e9dio conservador de 5% \u00e0 capacidade de 60 T, chega a uma carga \u00fatil m\u00e9dia de 57 T por caminh\u00e3o. Isso resultaria em 3,121 mil toneladas efetivamente transportadas por ano, uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o significativa em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 capacidade nominal (-164.000 toneladas), o que significa #333333\">Com base nos estudos de auditoria de carga que fizemos no local e nos resultados das medi\u00e7\u00f5es dos scanners LVS instalados, geralmente percebemos que os caminh\u00f5es de mina est\u00e3o, em m\u00e9dia, com uma subcarga entre 5% e 15%, e, nos piores casos, j\u00e1 vimos valores entre 20% e 25%. Isso pode ter enormes implica\u00e7\u00f5es na produ\u00e7\u00e3o e nas finan\u00e7as de uma empresa que extraia qualquer tipo de material, mesmo que seja material de cobertura de baixa qualidade. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-6\"><p><span style=\"color: #333333\">O exemplo anterior se baseia no peso em toneladas do material movimentado (as minas costumam trabalhar com peso e n\u00e3o com volume). Voc\u00ea pode se perguntar por que se usaria um scanner que mede o volume c\u00fabico em vez de uma balan\u00e7a de pesagem para medir as cargas dos caminh\u00f5es, e como um scanner volum\u00e9trico pode melhorar os fatores de transporte rodovi\u00e1rio. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333\">Algumas minas podem usar s\u00f3 um caminh\u00e3o com balan\u00e7a embutida e manter essa balan\u00e7a calibrada, ou podem ter um conjunto de balan\u00e7as posicionadas ao lado da estrada de transporte, pesando os caminh\u00f5es de vez em quando para verificar como est\u00e3o sendo carregados. Geralmente, elas n\u00e3o param todos os caminh\u00f5es na balan\u00e7a, pois isso \u00e9 muito demorado e pode reduzir a produtividade em at\u00e9 1 ou 2 cargas por turno. Outro problema com o uso de balan\u00e7as \u00e9 que as balan\u00e7as embutidas no solo exigem muita manuten\u00e7\u00e3o de rotina (ou seja, tempo de inatividade). Os sistemas de pesagem din\u00e2mica tamb\u00e9m podem ser imprecisos.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333\">Nesse caso, como n\u00e3o est\u00e3o usando um sistema de pesagem para cada carga, v\u00e3o aplicar um fator padr\u00e3o de transporte rodovi\u00e1rio a cada carga conclu\u00edda, o que \u00e9 impreciso e causa grandes discrep\u00e2ncias entre o departamento de transporte (ou prestador de servi\u00e7os) e a usina (ou planta de processamento). Por exemplo, o departamento de transporte pode dizer que entregou 400T na \u00e1rea de dep\u00f3sito de ROM (Run Of Mine). Quando a planta de processamento processa o material, ela pode pesar 360T, 10% a menos do que teria pago ao departamento de transporte ou \u00e0 empresa contratada.  <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-6 fusion_builder_column_1_2 1_2 fusion-flex-column\" style=\"--awb-padding-left:5%;--awb-bg-size:cover;--awb-width-large:50%;--awb-margin-top-large:0px;--awb-spacing-right-large:3.84%;--awb-margin-bottom-large:20px;--awb-spacing-left-large:3.84%;--awb-width-medium:50%;--awb-order-medium:0;--awb-spacing-right-medium:3.84%;--awb-spacing-left-medium:3.84%;--awb-width-small:100%;--awb-order-small:0;--awb-spacing-right-small:1.92%;--awb-spacing-left-small:1.92%;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-column-has-shadow fusion-flex-justify-content-flex-start fusion-content-layout-column\"><div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"align-self: center;margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-top:40px;width:100%;\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-7\"><p><span style=\"color: #333333\">Ao usar o Loadscan MPS, voc\u00ea obt\u00e9m benef\u00edcios e ganhos significativos que podem aumentar os fatores de transporte, a produtividade e os resultados finais.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333\">Embora o MPS me\u00e7a o volume, ele consegue converter esse valor em peso em toneladas com base em um fator de densidade aparente conhecido. \u00c9 poss\u00edvel estabelecer e verificar fatores de densidade aparente precisos para cada tipo de material passando um caminh\u00e3o pela balan\u00e7a ou usando a balan\u00e7a integrada para obter o peso do material e, em seguida, calculando o fator com base na medi\u00e7\u00e3o de volume gerada pelo MPS, ou seja: Tonelada\/Volume = densidade aparente (<sup>60T\/32m\u00b3<\/sup> = 1,875 fator de densidade aparente). Em outras palavras,<sup>1 m\u00b3<\/sup> pesa 1,875 T. Portanto, se o material transportado tiver um fator de densidade aparente de 1,875, o caminh\u00e3o de 60 T deve estar carregando<sup>32 m\u00b3<\/sup> de material.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333\">A medi\u00e7\u00e3o de volume \u00e9 complementar \u00e0 medi\u00e7\u00e3o de peso com balan\u00e7as. Ao combinar peso e volume, a medi\u00e7\u00e3o da densidade aparente dos materiais e das cargas \u00fateis fica mais precisa. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333\">Em uma instala\u00e7\u00e3o recente na mina, medimos tr\u00eas caminh\u00f5es (<sup>60<\/sup> t\/capacidade de<sup>32 m\u00b3<\/sup> ) depois de configurar o sistema MPS. As cargas medidas foram de 28,<sup>5 m\u00b3<\/sup>, 29,<sup>8 m\u00b3<\/sup> e 24,<sup>3 m\u00b3<\/sup>, respectivamente, resultando em uma m\u00e9dia de 27,<sup>5 m\u00b3<\/sup>. Com base nessas medi\u00e7\u00f5es de amostra, conclu\u00edmos que os caminh\u00f5es estavam sendo carregados abaixo da capacidade em 14%, em m\u00e9dia.  <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-7 fusion_builder_column_1_2 1_2 fusion-flex-column\"
