style=\"color: #999999;\"><strong>Estudo de caso: Verificando as estat\u00edsticas de carga \u00fatil do CAT 775 no outback californiano  <\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">Recentemente, a Loadscan realizou um teste no qual um scanner foi implantado em uma mina cujos operadores queriam verificar suas capacidades de carga \u00fatil e otimizar o que est\u00e3o transportando.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">Nessa mina, os caminh\u00f5es CAT 775 percorrem sete milhas a jusante da pedreira e a carga m\u00e1xima resultaria na queda de material em tr\u00e2nsito.<br \/>\nNo papel, esses caminh\u00f5es t\u00eam uma carga \u00fatil m\u00e1xima de trabalho (110%) de 77,5 toneladas.<br \/>\nMas os operadores da mina queriam saber a realidade de sua carga \u00fatil ideal &#8211; uma medida relevante para qualquer mina, considerando seus ambientes individuais.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">Para come\u00e7ar, os caminh\u00f5es foram escaneados vazios para fornecer estat\u00edsticas de linha de base no sistema LVS.<br \/>\nCada um deles recebeu uma etiqueta RFID para identifica\u00e7\u00e3o autom\u00e1tica e, em seguida, os caminh\u00f5es foram conduzidos sob o cabe\u00e7ote de escaneamento, em sua rota normal de descida, onde foram automaticamente escaneados e as medi\u00e7\u00f5es de volume registradas.<br \/>\nAs cargas do CAT 775 foram medidas em metros c\u00fabicos e convertidas em toneladas m\u00e9tricas automaticamente usando o fator de densidade fornecido pelo ge\u00f3logo da mina.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">Das 34 cargas medidas, a ger\u00eancia da mina p\u00f4de ver que as cargas do local de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00f3ximo ao britador eram significativamente maiores do que as cargas que vinham diretamente da pedreira.<br \/>\nAs cargas da pedreira eram menores para que as rochas n\u00e3o ca\u00edssem na estrada de transporte, o que poderia causar danos aos pneus dos caminh\u00f5es e tempo de inatividade enquanto as rochas eram removidas da estrada de transporte. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">Eles tamb\u00e9m puderam ver, em tempo real, que a carga \u00fatil m\u00e9dia era de 70,3 toneladas m\u00e9tricas &#8211; uma diferen\u00e7a de 10% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 carga \u00fatil m\u00e1xima de 77,5 indicada pelo fabricante &#8211; o que lhes permitir\u00e1 projetar com muito mais precis\u00e3o a produtividade da minera\u00e7\u00e3o no futuro e calcular o custo real por tonelada de min\u00e9rio deslocada.<br \/>\nO LVS tamb\u00e9m forneceu a eles ferramentas visuais em 3D para instruir os operadores de carregadeiras sobre o carregamento eficaz dos caminh\u00f5es de transporte. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\">A equipe de ger\u00eancia da mina ficou muito impressionada com o sistema Loadscan, elogiando sua capacidade de fornecer dados criteriosos a partir de
