Quando os caminh\u00f5es ficam parados em balan\u00e7as de pesagem lentas ou ficam na fila por muito tempo, toda a opera\u00e7\u00e3o perde ritmo. A mina PT Binas Indo Raya, na Indon\u00e9sia, enfrentou exatamente esse problema. Para resolver isso, eles instalaram dois scanners de volume de carga Loadscan (LVS) com o software Overview.   <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"706\" data-end=\"980\">O Brad, nosso engenheiro de design de produto, foi at\u00e9 a Indon\u00e9sia pra dar um jeito na instala\u00e7\u00e3o. O local usava balan\u00e7as de pesagem pra medir a carga, mas elas n\u00e3o davam conta do grande volume de caminh\u00f5es. O processamento lento causava congestionamento, longas filas de espera e tempo ocioso desnecess\u00e1rio.  <\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div O LVS faz a leitura dos caminh\u00f5es sem precisar par\u00e1-los, ent\u00e3o a frota continua em movimento. Eles escanearam v\u00e1rios caminh\u00f5es vazios e depois os escanearam de novo com carga completa. A equipe p\u00f4de conferir os resultados na hora.  <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1552\" data-end=\"1861\">O software Overview recupera os registros de medi\u00e7\u00e3o dos scanners e os exibe em um painel simples. A equipe pode classificar, filtrar, editar e exportar os dados diretamente para o Microsoft Excel. Essa visibilidade ajuda a melhorar a precis\u00e3o do carregamento, reduzir o subcarregamento e o sobrecargamento e manter um fluxo tranquilo de caminh\u00f5es.  <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1863\" data-end=\"2118\">A digitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o volum\u00e9trica traz uma vantagem clara para a mina. Ela reduz os gargalos, melhora a produtividade dos caminh\u00f5es de transporte e aumenta <strong data-start=\"1997\" data-end=\"2025\">a efici\u00eancia<\/strong> geral <strong data-start=\"1997\" data-end=\"2025\">do carregamento dos caminh\u00f5es<\/strong>.
