AI alone isn’t enough. Artificial Intelligence (AI) in volume load scanning is advancing rapidly, offering smart automation and faster insights across quarrying, mining, and civil construction. However, no matter how impressive the algorithms become, one principle remains unchanged: accurate measurements always require a verified baseline. A scanner without a trusted reference is like a ruler without markings – it may be impressive technology, but it’s fundamentally incomplete.

Global Leaders in Volumetric Payload Scanning Technologies
The only payload management system that delivers critical load measurement data in a single drive-through scan
Loadscan offers a range of cost-effective Load Volume Scanner (LVS) configurations and options to suit most applications. Whether it’s highly portable system to move from job to job, a permanent installation or a fully customised application — Loadscan has the solution for you.
Loadscan is delivering operational and financial benefits to industry leaders worldwide…
*Loadscan is the only company worldwide to have achieved trade certification approval for truck volume measurements with a load volume scanning system. Our LVS system is certified for trade in New Zealand under Trade Approval Certificate 1556 (MAPPS NZ), pattern approval Certificate 13/1/15 (NMI AUS) and the National Type Evaluation Program Certificate of Conformance 24-001P for weighing and measuring devices (NTEP USA). Loadscan systems are sold as ‘monitor only’ outside New Zealand and Australia but still perform to the same high tested accuracies.
