MyScanner System Enhancements: 3D Profiling & Improved Load Management

As part of its ongoing effort to deliver greater value, Loadscan is releasing a range of MyScanner system enhancements. The platform provides secure, cloud-based access to your scanners, real-time scan data, remote system control, and global Loadscan support. These updates aim to give operators actionable insights and improve operational efficiency.

Enhanced Measurements and Record Editing

The first set of improvements upgrades the measurements and record editing system. Users can now correct or delete inaccurate data caused by error scans, incorrect operator or vehicle information, or changes in product descriptions. Additionally, teams can manually add estimated volumes for trucks that were not scanned but have left or entered a site. This feature ensures your data remains accurate and actionable.

Advanced 3D Load Profiling

The update introduces advanced 3D modelling to create detailed profiles of every load entering or exiting a site. Operators can now detect carryback, uneven loading, and compare scans over time. By viewing 3D profiles from multiple angles, teams gain a clear understanding of load consistency and can take immediate corrective action to optimise operations.

Transition to MyScanner as Primary Platform

With this release, Loadscan will fully transition to MyScanner, phasing out the original OverView system. Previously, the two systems operated in parallel, but MyScanner’s cloud-based platform is more effective, accessible, and secure. Existing OverView users will need a software upgrade and, in some cases, hardware updates to access new features like 3D scanning. This ensures everyone can benefit from the latest system improvements.

Support and Training

Loadscan provides full support and training as the new features roll out. These MyScanner system enhancements help teams improve operational efficiency, reduce errors, and maximise the value of their scanning data.
